Yes, you can request or offer trips in the near term or in the future. Mycabshare encourages users to plan ahead and enter their requests as soon as possible, as it increases the chance of finding a match.

Car Owner will pick you up from start location. If you need to change, please connect with the Driver through chat/ call / SMS to share that you wish to change the location and its up to them if they agree. We will not reflect the changes on your request and payment will be based on start location. You can also cancel the trip and add a new one.

You will have to wait for the Car Owner who made the offer to accept your message. You can also call/chat to the co-rider.

You can cancel ride request only before one hour of pick up time. After that, you won't be able to cancel the request that you have made.

If you were not able to CANCEL the ride before start of the trip, you may write to support@mycabshare.com / chat with My cab share Buddy and place a request for amount revert.
